| Mark Hill, Managing Partner |

Currently, Hill is chairman and CEO of Lumavate, a company powering the changing delivery of mobile applications. Previously, he co-founded Baker Hill to serve more than 1,000 banks around the world before it was acquired by Experian in 2006. He also co-founded Bluelock, where he remains chairman.

Mark's Bio:

Mark Hill has spent his career in technology, software, and innovation at companies ranging from startups to enterprise organizations.

Hill is an expert in corporate governance and strategy, serving as Lead Independent Director of Interactive Intelligence (NASDAQ:ININ) for 12 years. He serves on the board and is chair of the Governance Committee of KAR Auction Services (NYSE:KAR). He has also served on many private company boards including T2 Systems, Angel Learning, Octiv, and EFL. As an active early stage investor, he has invested in and mentored more than 40 early stage technology companies in central Indiana.

Hill is involved in the central Indiana community and previously served as chairman of Teach for America, CICF, Techpoint, and Ascend Indiana. He currently serves as a member of the executive committee on the board of CICP and is a long-time board member and mentor of the Orr Fellowship. He also was an adjunct professor at the Indiana University School of Informatics and Computing.

Hill has an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and a graduate degree from Indiana University.

| Karen Hill, Managing Partner |

Karen A. Hill is a Managing Partner of Collina Ventures. Karen founded Baker Hill® in 1983 after working at FNB Denver, later acquired by Wells Fargo. Her pioneering work on an Apple IIe to automate the analysis of financial statements led her to start the company in her living room on an IBM PC.

Karen's Bio:

Over the course of 20 years, she built a business that served over 1000 banks, primarily in the US, but also in Australia and Asia. In 2005 the business was acquired by Experian and was successfully transitioned for employees, clients, stockholders and Experian.

Karen serves on the board of several companies in addition to her role with Collina including BlueLock, Cantaloupe TV and Conner Prairie.

She raised three daughters, supported their schools and communities in various capacities and inspired Baker Hill to serve the community of Central Indiana. Karen joined CICF’s Legacy Fund Grant Review Committee in January, 2010 and, with her husband Mark, recently accepted an invitation from St. Mary’s College to serve as the school’s Shannon Scholars for 2010.

She began her career with Touche Ross in Chicago, holds a BA from St. Marys College in Notre Dame, Indiana and and an MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
